Comfortable boots or walking shoes is a must! Ankle high work very well. All foot wear must be broken in prior to arrival. Remember foot problems can ruin a safari! One pair of extra laces and four to five pairs of socks is also recomended.

Three to four changes of clothing is recommened to be safe even though daily laundry will be done. We also recommend long sleeve shirts as it can be cool in the mornings and warm during day. Long pants recommended due to thorns, shorts are acceptable.

Bring a warm and a light jacket for cold mornings and a pair of gloves is also recommended. A sweatshirt or sweater for the laying affect. A hat or ball cap for protection against the sun while making stalks.

Around camp we are very informal in dress, levis and a sweatshirt or sweater or even a sweat suite is suitable. One pair of athletic shoes and one pair of slippers or water shoes, mornings can cause floors to be cold.

Clothing should be layered and of a nuetral color. Khaki, Green or Olive Dab will work (all khaki shades should be medium rather than light). Cactuflage clothing can be worn during the actual hunt, however it is best to limit this type of clothing to just your hunting on our properties. In some areas of Africa wearing it is illegal, thus wearing it in public should be avoided.
